Utilities - Replace Salesreps

Introduction

The definition of a salesrep is a person who is trained to sell products for a particular company. Using this replacement option allows users to replace an old salesrep code with a new salesrep code and change the rep on every transaction the rep was attached to. To do so there is no need to create the new salesrep in the Reps module but simply enter the new code here.
 

Setup




Selection/Revision


Enter the Old Salesrep code and the New Salesrep code in the corresponding fields.

Click the 'Add' button.

Multiple salereps can be replaced at one time.

Click on the 'Proceed' button for the process to begin.

Once the process is complete the user will be advised.
