Printing Reports/Tickets- Explanation of Error 1958

Introduction

A common error encountered while attempting to print a report or picking ticket:

Explanation


This is mainly a problem with the printer itself, or more specifically, the Set-up. Start by checking if the printer you are selecting is the default printer that is setup for your computer. If that is not the case, try printing using the defaulted printer for your computer.
If you are still unable to print, try printing it from a different computer to get to the root-cause of the problem.
