Loading EDI discounts on JAS Orders

Introduction

The following wiki explains how to load the EDI discounts listed on the PO to be loaded into JAS.

Setup

In EDI, go to:

  • Maintenance
  • Browse/Update Mailbox

Click on the appropriate mailbox number and select "Mailbox Variable Settings - 1"

Insert a check mark under "Load Discounts".


Load Discounts from <C>ustomer, EDI <P>O <V>alidate EDI Discounts vrs Customer Discounts

  • To load the discounts from the PO into JAS, enter 'P'

Go back to the "Mailbox Settings" tab and select "Update/Exit".
