Generating a Stock on Hand Report by Style/Color
Introduction
The following document explains how to view all units available for particular stock, either by style, or by style & color.
Setup
In the main JAS menu, go to:

On the first screen, enter the appropriate selection criteria. Click on "Proceed". |  |
On the second screen, the user has multiple methods for sorting the data. One of these options is "Summarize by style".
Click on 'Proceed'. | |
On the third screen, enter the additional sorting criteria that the user would like to view. Click on Proceed. |

If "Summarize by Style" is selected,
If "Summarize by Style" is not selected,
a report will be generated, similar to this report.
To view US selling price
The unit selling price is picked up from the Canadian retail price entered into the style file. If the user wants the US selling price to appear on the stock on hand report check off the following selection.
