Fixing an Order that Crashed During Invoicing

Step 1: Verify the log
Click on Fix Order
Introduction
It can occur where a user tries to invoice an order and received an error message due to a crash in the system. This can happen for a variety of reasons but the main one is due to a loss of connection. If this happens and the user were to go back to the order inquiry screen there will be a note that says:
The system crashed during invoicing! Order or invoice not updated properly! See log, call to Jonar.
How Jonar can fix this
Step 1: Verify the log
Click on "Log". |

Select "Print Preview". |

A report will generate showing what file the program crashed on. Usually the crash occurs only on the style file. If this is the case, proceed with step 2. If it crashed on other files, speak to a programmer. |

Click on Fix Order
Click on "Fix ord." |
|
Once complete a message will appear asking you to run rebalances on orders to styles, picking tickets, and invoices to styles. Note: All users must be out of JAS. Once this is done, the order can be re-invoiced. |
