Exporting the Customer List and Label Report to Excel

Introduction

This wiki explains to the user how to export the customer lists and labels report to Excel.

Instructions

In the JAS main menu, go to:

  • Customers
  • Reports
  • Lists and Labels

Enter selections as desired.

 

Select the Export to Excel check box.

Filling in the Export to Excel options

Template Name Include Full Path:

  • Where the template is saved in your system (the template is called CST300VTPL.xls)


Excel Output File Path:

  • Where you'd like the output saved. 


Output File Without Path:

  • What you'd like the file to be named.
  • Example, if you want to name the file 'test', enter 'test' here.
     

When the generation is complete, a message box like the one of the right will appear.

 

To find the template name including file path

Left click the windows search bar.

Select Open windows explorer.

Go to where JAS is located.

 

Search for an Excel folder.
In the Excel folder, search for an Excel file  named cst300vtp.l
Copy the file path including the file name.

 Example, M:\JAS\excel\cst300vtpl.xls
