Creating a Credit Memo with Quantities Returned to Stock

Introduction

The following wiki explains how to return quantities back to stock when creating a credit memo.

Setup

In the main JAS menu, go to:

  • Returns

  • Processing

  • Credit Memo Issue

Enter the appropriate account name.

The default setting will automatically be set to "No" to return the quantity to stock.

To enable the option to return quantities back to stock, insert a checkmark next to "Enter by Size".

Note: A checkmark must be entered in this field to allow JAS to know which size buckets are receiving the returned stock.

Proceed in the same manner as usual to complete the credit memo process.
