Clearing Multiple Picking Tickets At Once

Clearing Multiple Picking Tickets At Once

Introduction

The following document explains how to clear multiple picking tickets at once in JAS. If the picking tickets are to be cleared from the system and a physical picking ticket has already been given to the picker, someone must go and retrieve the picking ticket from the picker.  Otherwise, the pick ticket cannot be cleared from the system.

Instructions

In JAS go to:

  • Allocations
  • Processing
  • Clear Allocation by Allocation Sequence
You can choose to release pick tickets either by Pick ticket # or by Date/style.

Clear by Date/Style

To clear picking tickets for a specific date range or style(s), select the option to Release by "Date/style" and enter the appropriate sorting criteria.

  • If this option is selected be careful to enter the proper dates as the pick tickets will be cleared.

Note: You can enter either just a date range, just particular styles, or both a date range and styles.

  • If you enter a date range and styles, the program will clear all pick tickets that have the style(s) entered that were created within the date range specified.

Click on "Proceed".

Clear by Pick Ticket

Under "Piktkt range", click on the browse button and select the pick tickets to be cleared.

Note: You can also select the appropriate divisions and seasons to be cleared.

Click on "Proceed".

A message will appear asking you if you would like to proceed.

Click on "Yes".

A second message will appear to inform you that all the allocations will be cleared.
