Changing the Ship-to Once an ASN Has Been Created
Introduction
The purpose of this wiki is to explain how to change the Ship-to information once an ASN has been created. Please note that only those with master access can modify the ship-to information.
Steps
From the EDI menu, select:
- ASN
- Advance Shipping Notice

Select the appropriate mailbox and click, "Select".

In the, "Ship-to" column, right click on the appropriate BOL line. The user can then change this to the correct Ship-to.
If the ASN was previously created, it must be re-created to update the data with the new ship-to. This can be done by either:
- Double-clicking on the 'tag" column. A "Y" will then appear.
- Clicking on "Recreate ASN".
Click, "Exit".

A window will appear asking if it should create an ASN for closed shipments.
Click, "Now".
