Changing the Price of a Style on Open Orders

Introduction

In the instance where the price of a style has increased or decreased, it is possible to have the price change be reflected on open orders. Orders that have already been invoiced and contain that particular style will remain unchanged.

Steps

Go to :

Orders > Processing > Style Substitutions

Fill out :

 - Style
 - Color
 - Old Price listed on the order that needs to be changed
 - New Price that you want to change to
Select:

 - Price Change
Click:

 - Select Order lines to Change

A pop up containing open orders with the style and price entered, will appear.

  • Only orders with the "old price" entered will appear. If there are orders for the selected style with a price that is different than what is entered in the "old price" field, they will not be displayed.

Select orders to be changed and proceed.

You will be brought back to the main screen.

Click " Proceed with Price Change"

You will get a message on the right hand side that will confirm that the price change has been made.
