Cancelling Multiple Orders

Introduction

The following wiki provides a step-by-step guide on how to cancel multiple orders at once in JAS.

 

Steps

From the main menu, select:

  • Orders
  • Processing
  • Order Approval Subsystem
  • Approve/Decline by Order/Customer
Enter the account and then click on, "Decline(Canc).

A screen will pop-up prompting the user to enter a reason code.

Once the reason code has been entered, select, "OK".

A browse screen will  appear.

Select the orders to cancel and click, "Proceed".
